Reviews and Ratings
I had a really disappointing experience at this apartment. While there were some aspects of the stay that could have been better, the noisy environment and overall condition of the room left much to be desired. The apartment really needs refurbishment to meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The warm welcome made a great first impression, and my room was both clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a nice bonus, allowing me to work seamlessly. The location was perfect for exploring Wellington. However, I wish the parking was better organized, and having more amenities at hand would have improved my experience.
My stay here had its ups and downs. The location was great for exploring the city, but the room I stayed in was quite small and lacked natural light, making it feel cramped. While I appreciated having a kitchen for self-catering, the overall presentation of the apartment felt tired. Additionally, I experienced issues with Wi-Fi and parking, which were frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t the best value for money.
I had a frustrating experience staying at this apartment. The bedrooms were really tiny and poorly designed, making it uncomfortable for two friends to share. Despite the friendly staff, the place felt run down, and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. It's probably not ideal for longer stays unless you can manage with the small space and lack of comfort.
My stay was disappointing due to loud motorway noise and ongoing construction outside the room. The rooms were clean but very dated and cramped, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable. I wish I had known about the noise and renovations before booking, which left me feeling like I didn't get good value for my money.
The apartment was small but well-kept, with a fantastic kitchen. I appreciated the helpful staff, though the noise level and cramped space detracted from my stay. Just be prepared for the tight quarters, especially if you're traveling with family. The location was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
I had a pretty frustrating experience at this place. The rooms were way smaller than expected and felt cramped while moving around. The service was quite unhelpful, especially dealing with reception. It’s great that I was allowed to cancel my booking without charge, but the overall condition of the hotel really needs improvement.
Our stay at this hotel in New Zealand was rather disappointing. While the location was good, we faced several challenges. The room was extremely small and quite outdated, which made our stay less comfortable. There was also an unpleasant odor in the hotel, and the lack of accessibility made it difficult to get around, especially with luggage. However, the Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus.
My stay was quite disappointing. The hotel had a few positives, like a clean room, but the lack of assistance from staff and the issues with my room dampened my experience significantly. I encountered unoccupied rooms and had trouble checking out, which made my stay stressful.
While the hotel is conveniently located near the CBD and offers a clean space, the overall experience left much to be desired due to various issues. The rooms, although tidy, felt cramped and lacked privacy, while some amenities were missing. Service was inconsistent, with staff unavailable at times, leading to further frustration. On a positive note, the price was reasonable for the quality received, but it's not a spot I'd eagerly recommend.
The Quest at 120 The Terrace offers a solid stay with clean and comfortable apartments at a central location. While I appreciated the amenities in the two-bedroom junior apartment, the compactness of the double bedroom made it somewhat cramped. I also found some city noise could be a slight disturbance at night. Still, for the price and quality provided, it was good value overall.
